Mrs. Latha M.S. has been currently serving as an Assistant Professor for English Department, at M.S.Ramaiah Institute of Business Studies. She carries an experience of overall 26 years (18 Years at Corporate Sectors & 8+ years in teaching field), having worked for top Blue Chip companies Hewlett Packard, Dell International (senior tech support co-ordinator for Laptops division) and HSBC HDPI and has bagged ‘Best Quality Awards’ and has served in both technical and non-Technical fields. She carries an experience of about 8+ years in teaching field, handled both PU and Degree classes and has also handled ELP (English Language Proficiency) classes for PG students (M.com). Her educational qualification is MDCS (Master’s Diploma in Computer Science) and MA (English Literature) with a First Rank- Topper for Bangalore North University as a Gold Medallist. She has also served as an NSS Officer and has undergone certified training NSS training at NSS unit-Mysore, and has actively participated in several FDP (Faculty Development Programs) and also has participated in the National Leven Conference on Skill Based Education. She has also undergone a certified training for Soft Skill (communication skills and Personality Development Skills) at the NEXT institute and has also served as a Placement Officer and trained more than 2600 students on Soft Skills and Placements at the College Campus Interviews. Has undergone a certified training in Digital Marketing and also completed CAFD (Computer Aided Fashion Designing). She is actively involved in both Academic and Administrative works of the Institution and has a deep passion for bothLlearning and Teaching.
